When psychedelic cartoon violence meets heavy metal, Monsoon is born.


In a dead-silent city oozing with color, Monsoon follows two heroes: Seth, a rookie superhero and Cyrene, his mentor, who both join forces to track down and defeat a fearsome enemy, Haze, who knows nothing but pure violence. Will the rookie superhero and his mentor triumph over evil, or will he succumb to Haze’s violence?
